Recently I began my search for another bird hunting dog in Utah. When I began my search I knew that it would take some work to ferret out the gun dog breeders located in my home state. I knew they existed in Utah but I wasn't quite sure how to find them. I resorted to my usual means of discovery, searching on Google. When Google only showed me a few relevant results I knew I was in trouble.
That's when my friend told me about GunDogBreeders.com. The Gun Dog Breeders directory is a site that helps potential buyers find gun dog breeders in their local area. You can search for hunting dogs by State or by dog breed. Since I was searching for german shorthaired pointers specifically I was pleased to find several breeders located in Utah. This weekend I get to go visit one of those utah gun dog breeders who just recently had a litter of puppies. I am excited to see the puppies in person as well as to meet the breeder and tour their facility.
